If you still have questions after the article, remember to get in touch. We’re here to help.
Without further ado, our top 5 tips:
1. Set your schedule
It can take time to fully integrate Tiimo. The more that you use it, the more that it will become a natural part of your daily routines. We recommend using part of your Sunday to plan your schedule for the next week. It will help you start the week in style and make Mondays that little bit less stressful 😵💫 =>😌
2. Create an activity
Start creating an activity by pressing the + icon on the 'My day' view so the activity card pops up. Next, give the activity a name and maybe put in a note if there is something particular to remember with the activity. This applies on both the iOS app and the Android app. To delete an activity, go to the activity, swipe to your left-hand side on it and you will get the delete option (on both iOS and Android apps)🌟
Create smaller steps with checklists
Checklists can be created on both iOS and Android. These help you break down your activity so that you do not get overwhelmed. This feature is available on the paid plan. To delete a checklist, go to the activity with that checklist => edit => go to the checklist you want to delete => swipe to your left hand side on it and you will get the delete option 🗑️
Create a routine
A routine is a conglomeration of activities. There are different ways of creating a routine based on whether you are using an iOS device or an Android device. For iOS, refer to this helpful guide here, for Android, refer to this helpful guide here. The reason why the routines differer based on the device is because Android still has the old routines feature while iOS has new and upgraded routines feature- this upgrade will be coming to Android too!

3. Block out Free time
Don’t over schedule yourself! Make sure that your day has planned breaks and blocks of free time. This will help you avoid burn out and also give you space if new tasks pop up during the day. 🧡
4. Have fun! 😎
Tiimo visuals for each activity are totally personalizable. You can use a combination of icons, colours or even upload your own photos to make your schedule represent you! So get creative! 🎨
5. Look back on the past week
Have a conversation about the past week. When did it aid having Tiimo with you and when didn't it? This conversation is both useful for the one setting up the schedule and the one using Tiimo. The conversation can shed light on the use and value of Tiimo.
