1. Create routines
In your web brower version you can create routines of up to 20 activities that can be dragged and dropped into any day. Create a morning routine and a work/school routine - it will save you time! ⏳

2. Set your schedule
It can take time to fully integrate Tiimo. The more that you use it, the more that it will become a natural part of your daily routines. We recommend using part of your Sunday to plan your schedule for the next week. It will help you start the week in style and make Mondays that little bit less stressful.
3. Create smaller steps with checklists
Checklists are great for remembering items linked to your activity (like shopping lists), for activities which have a specific sequence of events, or those with smaller subtasks associated with them.
4. Block out Free time
Don’t over schedule yourself! Make sure that your day has planned breaks and blocks of free time. This will help you avoid burn out and also give you space if new tasks pop up during the day. 🧡
