You recieve this message whenever there is a problem setting up notifications in Tiimo app.
Here is what you can do to make sure notifications are set up correctly.

Go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh.
Check if this is enabled in general and for Tiimo app.
2. Did you force quit Tiimo app?
Perhaps you've force quit the Tiimo app? This means that notifications are not automatically set up while you're using Tiimo. Open Tiimo app again and let it run in the background.

3. Check if you're offline
If you are not connected to wi-fi or using mobile data, the set-up of notifications will not be updated automatically while using Tiimo app.
If Background App Refresh is enabled for both wi-fi and mobile data, notifications will be set-up when you're connected again and open Tiimo app.
4. Check your battery
When your phone has low battery or battery savings is enabled, your phone focuses on using energy sufficiently and running most important tasks. Therefore, you might experience that your phone down prioritizes setting up Tiimo notifications. When you charge you phone and/or disable battery savings, notifications will be stable again.
