Kindly sign in again using the same credentials, your existing email and password on all devices that you use Tiimo on. If you use Password Manager, you should still be able to use this to retrieve your existing password. If you have forgotten what that password is/was or you prefer to have a new one, you can reset your password using the Password Reset field on the login page in the app.
