Google subscribers
If you have subscribed in Google Play you can cancel your subscription in Google Play. See Google's own guide on how to unsubscribe here. We will charge you for the current subscription period. Please note that paid subscriptions can't be terminated before the end of the period for which you have already paid. Tiimo will not refund fees that you have already paid. If you want to request a refund from Google Play, then you can contact them here.
Apple subscribers
If you have subscribed in the App Store you can cancel your subscription in settings on your device. See Apple's own guide on how to unsubscribe here. We will charge you for the current subscription period. Please note that paid subscriptions can't be terminated before the end of the period for which you have already paid. Tiimo will not refund fees that you have already paid. If you want to request a refund from the App Store, then you can contact them here.
Online sign-up
If you have signed up on our website, prior to the year 2020, then you can cancel your subscription by writing to hello@tiimo.dk, remember to enclose the email that you signed up with. Tiimo will not refund fees that you have already paid.
If you wish to delete your account, then contact us by writing to hello@tiimo.dk, remember to enclose the email that you signed up with. And remember that if you have a subscription you will need to cancel it yourself before asking for your account to be deleted, since that will not automatically unsubscribe you.
