To delete an activity, you simply go to that activity and swipe to your left hand side on it. This will give you 2 options:
=> Edit
=> Delete
Select, by tapping the Delete option 🗑
To delete a routine, simply delete all the activities that make up that routine, by using the deletion how-to provided above. Deleting all the activities that make up that routine will in-turn delete that routine🗑
